JBR Plumbing – Terms & Conditions

1. Accepting a Quote or Booking

By accepting a quote or booking a job with JBR Plumbing (John B Robinson Plumbing Pty Ltd), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payments

• Depending on the works required, a deposit of up to 50% of the quoted amount may be required before work starts (we’ll let you know if this applies).
• The balance is due on completion of the job, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
• Late payments may attract interest or recovery costs. If we need to use a collection agency or lawyer, you’ll be responsible for those costs.

3. Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• If extra work is needed outside the original quote, we’ll let you know and provide an updated price.
• After-hours or emergency callouts may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• A cancellation fee may apply if notice is too short or if we’re already on the way.

5. Access & Safety

• Please make sure our team has safe and clear access to the work area.
• If we can’t access the site or work safely, a callout fee may apply and the job will be rescheduled.

6. Warranty

• Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials we supply.
• We are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage caused by others.

7. Ownership of Materials

All materials remain the property of JBR Plumbing until full payment is received.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria.
